Craig R. Shagin (left)
is a graduate of Haverford College and the Villanova School of Law, cum laude.
Before founding Shagin & Anstine LLC with Tim Anstine, Craig was Chief Counsel
of the Pennsylvania Department of Commerce and general counsel to Historic Landmarks
for Living, a Philadelphia, Pennsylvania real estate development firm. Craig is
a member of the Pennsylvania and Dauphin County Bar Associations, and the American
Immigration Lawyers Association.

Avnish Gupta is a
graduate of the Jawaharlal Nehru University, the Delhi University Law Center,
and Georgetown University Law Center with Distinction. A member of the New York
bar and a licensed attorney in his native India, Avnish has extensive experience
in Indian corporate law, commercial law, monopolies and restrictive trade practices
law, and in litigation before the Supreme Court of India, the High Court
and District Courts of Delhi, and the Monopolies and Restrictive Trade Practices
Commission. He has also litigated before the High Courts of Bombay and Calcutta.
Before his legal career Avnish was a Commissioned Officer in the Indian Army--a
graduate of the National Defence Academy.

Johnna J. Kopecky joined Shagin & Anstine in 2003 after being in private
practice in Cumberland County for many years. Johnna concentrates her practice
in the areas of family law, real estate, estate planning and administration, and
bankruptcy and mortgage foreclosures representing primarily creditors. A former
assistant District Attorney for Cumberland County, Johnna assisted the late Honorable
Dale Shughart Jr. in the writing of his book, Pennsylvania Practice. Johnna is
a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University and the Dickinson School of Law,
and is admitted to practice before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and the United
States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.

Shirley Lloyd is
the firm's real estate assistant and economic development consultant. Shirley
has extensive experience in the fields of economic development and real estate.
Shirley was Administrator of the Revenue Bond and Mortgage Program in the Pennsylvania
Department of Commerce, Assistant Finance Manager with the York County Economic
Development Corporation and York County Industrial Development Authority, and
Project Manager for the General Authority of Southcentral Pennsylvania. Shirley
is also a licensed real estate agent.
